Refund policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to European Union consumers, Clipp offers a 30-day commercial return policy, provided that the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. This 30-day commercial return policy applies without prejudice to the legal rights enjoyed by consumers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its tamper-evident seal unbroken, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

Our weaning kits cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery, or if their original packaging has been opened, pierced, torn, or altered in a way that compromises the product's integrity—particularly if the tamper-evident label has been removed, opened, or damaged.

Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened and unsealed from their tamper-evident label cannot be exchanged, except in the case of a defective, non-compliant, or incorrectly delivered product.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.

However, as the Clipp weaning kit is a medical device intended to be used in contact with a child's mouth, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been unsealed from its tamper-evident label after delivery.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, any product whose tamper-evident label has been removed, opened, pierced, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal or under our 30-day commercial return policy.

In the event of a defective, non-compliant product, or an order preparation error, return shipping costs will be covered by BIOMIMETIK. This provision does not affect applicable statutory guarantees.

Under our 30-day commercial return policy, refunds cover solely the price of the returned products. Initial delivery charges are not refunded.

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, the sums paid for the order, including any standard delivery charges billed, will be refunded in accordance with current legal provisions.

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return as to whether your refund is approved. When the return conditions are met and the refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the order within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.

Processing and posting of the refund by your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
